Tiger SS19 Subsea Lever Hoist
Durham Lifting’s Tiger SS19 Subsea Lever Hoist, ranging from 800kg – 20000kg, has been designed and developed over a number of years for use primarily in the Subsea environment. The original & proven Subsea Lever Hoist – constantly developed and improved. DNV GL Verification tested according to NORSOK R-002.
The SS19 has new Patent protected brake pawl design that ensures there is constant engagement of the ratchet brake whilst still allowing for the free-wheeling facility to position the load chain.
The design and anti-corrosion features incorporated in the SS19 hoist range give it significant safety advantages over standard lever hoists, making the hoist the ideal tool for all Marine and extreme applications.
Also available with stainless steel load chain or spark resistant hooks.

Each unit comes fully certified with a test certificate or an EC Declaration of Conformity stating compliance with the essential health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This document clearly states the proof test at 1.5 times the rated capacity and the light load test of 2{e36f5a91c998de831b71657463ebcebc0f1922fe4adb9f636df27af744ef8d81} of the rated capacity, which exceeds the requirements of the current applicable standard.
