Modular Lifting Frames
(Range up to 250t with spans up to 16m)

Multi-Sec Modular Lifting Frames are the ideal solution for a four-point lift when a modular lifting beam arrangement is unsuitable. They combine the innovative design of Multi-Sec Spreader Beams and Corner Units to form a robust, versatile lifting frame. If you already have Multi-Sec Spreader Beams, corner units can be ordered to convert your existing lifting system to a four-point Multi-Sec Modular Lifting Frame.

Multi-Sec Modular Lifting Frames are manufactured in accordance with the relevant standards for onshore and offshore uses, and sizes up to 250 Tonnes are in stock and available immediately for worldwide distribution.

Our Modular Lifting Frames range up to 250 tonnes, with spans up to 16 metres. Any sizes outside this usual range (including frames as small as 0.5m x 0.5m) are also available upon request as a bespoke product.

Cost effective – Only a small number of components are required to make up a variety of spans and configurations.

Versatile Multi-Sec can be configured into virtually any lifting rig to enable the most complicated of structures to be lifted.

Storage – Multi-Sec can be dismantled and stored in a relatively small area saving valuable space.

Handling – Multi-Sec are able to be handled more easily than conventional fixed spreader beams.

Transport – Multi-Sec can be shipped in component form, therefore a smaller, more cost effective vehicle can be used for transportation.

High load capacity to size ratio – Relatively small modular lifting beams can lift high loads compared with fixed lifting beam configurations.
